The respondent-husband in the present Transfer Petition, who filed O.P.No.932 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for annulment of his marriage with his wife dated 07.03.2015 at Hyderabad, even served, failed to attend. Said annulment petition filed was on 19.04.2016 or so. It is the submission of the Transfer Petitioner-wife that she is not in a position to travel all through from Kakinada to Hyderabad for attending adjournments in the annulment petition thereby it requires to be transferred to Kakinada. The address of the respondent-wife in the said petition for annulment of marriage shown as resident of Kakinada under the care of her father J.A.V.R.N.V.Prasad. The fact that there M.C.No.26 of 2013 filed by her on the file of the V Addl. J.F.C.M.

, Kakinada against her husband, no doubt not a ground but now the wife is unable to travel and seeks to transfer. The Original Petition cause title shows she is under the care of her father at Kakinada and resident of Kakinada and convenience of wife that can be taken into consideration for preference. Having regard to the above, the Tr.CMP is allowed by withdrawing the O.P.No.932 of 2016 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transferred to the Prl.Senior Civil Judge's Court, East Godavari at Kakinada.
