This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated 18.07.2012 in Criminal Appeal No.67 of 2012 on the file of the Court of II Additional Sessions Judge at Warangal.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
