THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14277 of 2015 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with the civil disputes and calling and pressurising the petitioner to hand over the possession of part of the property bearing premises No.8-1-68/3/121/122/123 on plot Nos.121 to 123 total land admeasuring 562 square yards in Survey No.317 situated at Jaihind Colony, Shaikpet, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Inspite of granting time to the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on earlier occasion, he stated that he has not received any instructions.

The police have no business to interfere with the civil disputes and pressurize the petitioner to hand over the possession of the property unless any complaint disclosing commission of cognizable offence is made.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioner. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. ____________ K.C.BHANU, J Date: 14.05.2015 JSU/TSY
