ORDER:

This writ petition was filed aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities in registering a crime upon the petitioner's complaint dated 31.10.2015. It is now stated that Crime No.176 of 2015 has been registered on the file of Gurazala Town Police Station, Guntur District, on 14.11.2015 based on the petitioner's complaint. This Crime was registered under Sections 417 and 420 r/w 34 IPC. In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner as regards the alleged police inaction, stands settled.
