THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.98 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the second respondent, dated 29.12.2016, delisting the petitioner from the approved vendor list of firms for S&T items and stoppage of purchase inspection. The impugned order itself states that there is a provision for appeal to the ADG/RDSO within sixty days. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an appeal was filed on 28.02.2017. However, when he filed the present writ petition challenging the order of the second respondent, dated 29.12.2016, this Court, by order, dated 03.01.2017, suspended the impugned order.

In view of the suspension granted by this Court earlier, the said order shall continue till the disposal of the appeal by the appellate authority, before whom the appeal is stated to be pending. It is needless to observe that the appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 28.03.2017 pln
