Torrur College Of Education v. National Council For Teacher Education
THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.29224 of 2009 ORDER:
The relief sought for, in W.P.M.P.No.37860 of 2009, was to direct the respondents to conduct an inspection of the petitioner-college during the pendency of the writ petition.
Sri A.Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that, since the premises was inspected and an order was passed, the cause in the writ petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court; and, in the light of the order passed by this Court, in W.P.M.P.No.37860 of 2009 dated 19.07.2010, no further orders are necessary.
The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
