This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the orders dated 26.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.393 of 2016 in Crime No.18 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Atmakur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
