In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that while selecting the beneficiaries in terms of the guidelines issued under G.O.Ms.111, dated 23.11.2016, the prescribed procedure is not followed by the respondents.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5 submits that the list of beneficiaries was prepared and has been sent for approval and that the petitioner has not questioned the same in the present writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ is disposed of directing the respondents to follow the procedure prescribed under G.O.Ms.111, dated 23.11.2016, in selecting the beneficiaries in future.
