Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in insisting the petitioner to produce rectified credentials of middle name of the petitioner's father as illegal, irrational, contrary to the fundamental rights of the petitioner such as right to life, livelihood and employment and consequently direct the respondents herein to accept the petitioner's candidature as Pharmacist without insisting on the middle name of the petitioner's father in the credentials.

Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents herein to accept the joining report of the petitioner to the post of Pharmacist in the respondents company without insisting middle name of the petitioner's father in the credentials, pending disposal of WP No. 8301 of 2015 on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. D.Padmavathi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri B. Narayana Reddy, Asst. Solicitor General, for the Respondents, the Court made the following. ORDER:
"Sri B.Narayana Reddy accepts notice and seeks two weeks time to secure instructions from the second and third respondents, inasmuch as, the practice of prescribing middle name is not prevalent, particularly, in various communities in Andhra Pradesh.
Therefore, call after two weeks in motion list. However, the offer of appointment may not be cancelled only on the ground that the petitioner has not produced the corrected educational certificate.
Print the name of Sri B. Narayana Reddy, for the Respondents. Copy of the docket order be made available to Sri B. Narayana Reddy as well as to the learned counsel for the petitioner."
