This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.16.12.2014 in W.P. No.38663 of 2014.

At the hearing, Mr. Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that after filing of this contempt case the respondents have stopped interfering with the petitioners' possession and enjoyment of the land in question. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation (TS) submitted that his clients will not interfere with the petitioners' possession and enjoyment of the land, which is the subject matter of the writ petition, in future.
