I.A.No.1 of 2025 (FOR BEING MENTIONED) This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to correct the name of the Court in order dated 13.11.2025 in Crl.P.No.14111 of 2025.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to oversight the name of Court in the affidavit is wrongly mentioned as VII-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Hyderabad instead of XVII-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Hyderabad.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the name of the Court in para 6(i) is replaced with 'XVII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Hyderabad'.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
