Nobody appeared for the petitioner when the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.03.2016 and hence, it was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Orders'. Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, nobody appears for the petitioner.

The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
