THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5222 of 2011 ORDER:

At the hearing, Sri Nazeer Ahmed Khan, learned counsel representing Sri Wasim Ahmed Khan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner, in response to a letter, informed the counsel concerned over phone that the matter is amicably settled outside the Court and instructed to withdraw the revision. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition. 2.

Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
