THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 31383 of 2018 O R D E R:

Petitioner asserts that he joined the services of Greentech Company Limited as Assistant Manager on 20.10.2016, Naidupeta, Nellore District; that he gave his resignation on 04.10.2017 and the employer accepted the same and that he joined another company. He further asserts that on the ground that a complaint is said to have been lodged by the said Greentech Company alleging that there is mismanagement committed by some of its employees, the respondents are calling him and his family members to the Police Station. Hence, he seeks a Writ of Mandamus.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) submits that the respondent Police would follow the procedure prescribed by law while investigating into the crime. In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Police to investigate into the crime in accordance with law and issue notice to the petitioner as required under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, if his presence is required in connection with the said crime. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:31.08.2018 kdl
