This appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of C.P.C. assailing the order dated 15.12.2010 passed in I.A.No.29 of 2010 in O.S.No.189 of 2010 on the file of the Special Sessions Judge for SC & ST (POA) Act, 1989, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. Sri Pottigari Sreedhar Reddy, the learned counsel for the first respondent, is present.

A perusal of the record reveals that the appeal against respondent Nos.2 to 4 was dismissed on 14.07.2016. No representation on behalf of the appellants on 16.07.2018. Today also no representation on behalf of the appellants even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
