O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the fifth respondent in harassing the petitioner's husband and keeping him in his custody un-wantedly for more than twenty hours since 02/ 12/ 2016 till the date of filing this writ petition as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents 2, 3 and 4 to take action on the respondent No.5 for his illegal action and to order compensation from respondent No.5 and to pay the same to the husband of the petitioner and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. Mr. Kiran Kumar, representing Sri U.D. Jai Bhima Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause is not surviving in this writ petition and the matter became infructuous.
3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
