In this Criminal Petition, the petitioners ate seeking to call for records IN C.C.No.289 of 2018 pending on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Trail of case under Telangana Prohibition and Excise Act cum III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy and seeking quash of the same for the alleged offences punishable under Section 4g8-A of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry I I Prohibition Act, 1961.

2. Though the petitioners are seeking quash of C.C.No.289 of 2Ol8 pending on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Trail of case under Telangana Prohibition and Excise Act cum III Additional Junior Civil Judge' Sangareddy' The learned counsel for the petitioners prayed for early

94, disposal of the case as well. It is noted that the Charge Sheet in this case is of the year 2018.

3. In view of the above, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial of the criminal case within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
