COMMON ORDER:
These Writ Petitions are filed for identical reliefs,
viz., for declaring the inaction of respondent No.2 in removing the alleged unauthorised constructions made by the private respondents.
After arguing the case, Mr. Suresh Shiv Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission to unconditionally withdraw the Writ Petitions upon realising that the same are vexatious in nature. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petitions, W.P.M.P.Nos.44562, 44694, 44701, 44794 and 44805 of 2015 are dismissed as infructuous.
