HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31555 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering and releasing the document No.P558/ 2018 dated 01.08.2018 relating to the property admeasuring 290.4 square yards in Sy.No.39/ 7A of Koppaka Village, Anakapalle Mandal, Visakhapatnam, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice. 2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (AP), placed on record the written instructions, wherein it is mentioned that in view of the interim injunction order in I.A.No.380 of 2018 in O.S.No.77 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Anakapalli, the document presented cannot be registered.

It is further stated that registration of the document has been rejected by the 3rd respondent, and copy of the same shall be communicated to the petitioner shortly. 3) Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to furnish a copy of the order refusing to register the document No.P558/ 2018, which was presented on 01.08.2018 forthwith.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
