Since the subject matter, parties and the Original Petition in all these civil revision petitions are one and the same, they are being heard and disposed of together.

These Civil Revision Petitions, under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, are filed by the petitioners, aggrieved by the common order, dated 26.04.2016 passed in I.A.No.723, 724, 725 and 726 of 2016 in O.P.No.152 of 1999 by the learned III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 3.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that Smt.B.Sarojini, W/ o late B.Sitarama Rao expired. During her life time, she claimed the share of her husband under a Will deed. Since Smt.B.Sarojini claimed the share of her husband under a Will deed and as her daughter-in-law, namely, B.Sunitha, disputed the execution of the Will deed, the amounts were not disbursed.

Since Smt.B.Sarojini passed away and the claim made by B.Sarojini in terms of Will deed is not pressed, the daughter-inlaw of B.Sarojini, namely, B.Sunitha and her three daughters namely, G.Sandhya, T.Karuna and T.Andalu are entitled to share the amounts lying to the credit of O.P.No.152 of 1999 equally.

The Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of accordingly. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
