When the matter is taken up for admission, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, in the present crime, the police, after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet, which was numbered as SC No.92 of 2013, and after conducting trial, the petitioner/accused was also acquitted on 09.04.2015 and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
