The petitioner/sole accused and the 1st respondent/de facto complainant, along with their respective counsel, are present. 2.

I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences in P.R.C.No.34 of 2015, on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Warangal, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506 IPC and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, by stating that they have settled the matter outside the Court amicably and also filed compromise memo to that effect.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in P.R.C.No.34 of 2015, on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Warangal, are hereby quashed and the petitioner/accused is acquitted.
