Based on the complaint of the petitioner, case in Cr.No.287 of 2016 was registered against the unofficial respondent on the file of the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Khanapuram Haveli Police Station, Khammam District. Aggrieved by the action of 2nd respondent in not investigating the said crime and filing charge sheet, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Khanapuram Haveli Police Station, Khammam District, dated 04.09.2018, stating that Cr.No.287 of 2016 has been investigated and charge sheet has been filed and case in numbered as C.C.No.716 of 2016 on the file of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Khammam and the same is pending for trial.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
