This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the following relief: "...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly Respondent Nos.3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 in not considering the petitioner's repeated representations dated 30.01.2021, 09.02.2021, 27.03.2021, 24.07.2021 and 08.02.2022 for release of family pension and other pensionary benefits as the petitioner's husband expired on 14.10.2020, while in judicial custody in connection with crime No.10/RCO-RRR/2020 dated 15.08.2020 and Cr.No.12/RCO-RRR/2020 dated 24.09.2020 on the file of P.S. ACB Ranga Reddy Range, Hyderabad though contrary to the instructions contained in Letter No.A1/1442/2020, dated 22.03.2022 and letter No.CCLA'S ref No.VSH/1/419/2020 dated 13.

07.2021, Letter No.CCLA'S REF.SER.III(1)/135/2021, dated 05.03.2021 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent Nos.3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 to forthwith enable the petitioner to file pension papers for release of family pension and other retirement benefits to the petitioner..." 2.

Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner and Learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 6 and 10 and Learned

Standing Counsel for Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) appearing for the respondent Nos.7 and 8.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for ACB filed Memo and submits that the ACB returned the service book of the husband of the petitioner to the District Collector, Medchal-Malkajgiri and the same was received by the District Collector, Medchal-Malkajgiri on 03.02.2023 and the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for release of family pension and other retirement benefits, as husband of the petitioner was expired on 14.10.2020, while in judicial custody in connection with Crime No.10/RCORRR/2020 dated 15.08.2020 and Crime No.12/RCORRR/2020 dated 24.09.2020 on the file of P.S ACB Ranga Reddy Range, Hyderabad within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no orders as to costs.

Accordingly, with the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
