HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO. 5141 OF 2015 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction against respondents to rectify the date of joining, which was wrongly entered as 1.4.1997 instead of 6.2.1996, by declaring the same as illegal.

It is the case of the petitioner that he joined in service on 6.2.1996 on compassionate grounds but his date of joining in service was entered into service registered as 1.4.1997. It is submitted that the petitioner made several representations, the latest one is dated 14.8.2014, to rectify the service record by changing his date of joining as 6.2.1996. Therefore, Sri T.S.Venkataramana, learned counsel requested this Court to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 14.8.2014 and pass appropriate orders within a specific time.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents reported no objection for disposing of the Writ Petition at the stage of admission by necessary direction to consider and dispose of representation of petitioner dated 14.8.2014 as per law. Recording the submission of learned counsel appearing for both sides, I feel that it is just and necessary to issue a direction against the respondents to consider the representation dated 14.8.2014 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate order on the representation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner, if any such representation is pending. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
