Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.3 - Inspector of Police - cum - Station House Officer, Shamirpet Police Station, Cyberabad, in completing investigation and filing report in Cr.No.112 of 2018 dated 16.03.2018, which was registered based on the complaint of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of 3rd respondent dated 31.08.2018 stating that investigation is in progress and the same would be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months and report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. will be filed before the court.

Recording the above statement, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.112 of 2018 and file report before the court concerned, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
