This is an application filed by the wife for transfer of F.C.O.P.No.218 of 2016 filed by her husband seeking divorce. 2.

Hearing the learned counsel and perusing the material papers, it may be seen that the couple was blessed with four children and adverse matrimonial circumstances have separated them. This relate to earlier proceedings for restitution of conjugal rights being instituted by the husband. That ended up without any decision. Thereafter, the husband sued for divorce. The petitioner seeks transfer of these proceedings from the Family Court, Visakhapatnam, to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Peddapalli, Karimnagar District, to facilitate her, who has to take care of her children, to meet her expenses for life and to adequately contest the said application. I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown and balance of convenience is in favour of the petitioner. 3.

In the result, this application is allowed transferring F.C.O.P.No.218 of 2016 from the Family Court, Visakhapatnam, to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Peddapalli, Karimnagar District.

HCJ TR.CMP.No.790 of 2016 Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
