THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.23713 of 2009 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent not to lay the drainage pipeline and road through the petitioner's house plot.

By way of an interim order in W.P.M.P.No.30788 of 2009 dated 09.02.2010, this Court directed the Gram Panchayat of Budduppal Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, to lay the road strictly in accordance with the sanctioned lay out.

As the Gram Panchayat is also bound to adhere to the law in laying a road, suffice it if the above referred interim order is made the final order in the Writ Petition, and the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
