This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the unsuccessful petitioner-plaintiff assailing the order dated 04.07.2012 of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada, passed in IA.no.344 of 2012 in OS.no.762 of 2008 filed by the plaintiff under Order XXVI Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for appointment of an Advocte Commissioner.

The note of the Registry would show that as per the computer list the aforesaid Suit itself was disposed of on 29.10.2012. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.
