This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the unsuccessful petitioners, assailing the order, dated 24.06.2014, of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Hindupur, passed in I.A.No.313 of 2013 in O.S.No.53 of 2008.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioners is present. 3.

The Registry of the Court brings to the notice of the Court that the trial Court informed that the suit itself was disposed of on 25.02.2017. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
