Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings and Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel appearing for third respondent.
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in attempting to demolish the house of the petitioner bearing Door No.2/442, T.B.Road, Proddatur Town, YSR Kadapa District, without issuing any notice, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice;
and consequently direct the respondents not to take any coercive steps without following due process of law.
Though various grounds are raised learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to follow due process of law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to take any coercive steps except in
accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. No order as to costs.
