THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5509 of 2009 ORDER:
This writ petition was filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 09.02.2009 confirming the order of the second respondent dated 22.10.2008 withdrawing the recognition from the academic session 2008-09 on account of the deficiencies pointed out in the inspection.
2. This Court, by order dated 18.03.2009, granted interim stay and the said order has been in operation as on today. In the meanwhile, new regulations for grant of recognition were issued by the first respondent with effect from 28.11.2014, and by virtue of the said regulations, the petitioner is supposed to file a fresh application.
3. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner made such an application before the first respondent on 27.12.2014, but no orders have been passed thereon.

In the circumstances, the petitioner is given liberty to submit a fresh application within two weeks from today, if already not made, and the first respondent shall consider the same in accordance with new regulations and pass appropriate orders thereon. Till passing of orders by the first respondent on the application of the petitioner dated 27.12.2014 or the proposed application, the interim order passed by this Court on 18.03.2009 shall continue.
5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. ______________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J Date: 25.02.2016
