Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Alleging inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in considering his statutory application filed under Form 6-A on 07-06-2015, the present writ petition is filed.

Since the petitioner's statutory application under Form 6-A is pending from 07-06-2015, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to examine the same and pass appropriate orders expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
