This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not completing the investigation and filing final report in Crime No.291 of 2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that final report dated 07.09.2018 is filed before the Special Sessions Judge for SCs & STs (POA) Act, on 10.09.2018 after issuing notice to the petitioner on 08.09.2018.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law.
