The Regional Joint Director of Intermediate Education, Kadapa Region, Kadapa. .....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particular in the nature of "Writ of Mandamus" to declare the proceedings Rc.No. Admn.II-1/1139/2004 dated. 02-06-2015 issued by the 2nd Respondent as illegal, unjust, arbitrary and unconstitutional and in violation of provisions of A.P. Education Act, 1982, and without having issued any notice or reasons for such transfer, and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently to set aside the same.

Petition under Section 151 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of Rc.No. Admn.II-1/1139/2004 dated 02-06-2015 issued by the 2nd Respondent, pending disposal of WP.No. 16358/2015 on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 10-06-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N.Ashwani Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of G.P. for Higher Education for the Respondents, the Court made the following ORDER:
