THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.43323 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a crime and investigate into the same basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 19.11.2016.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the Station House Officer, Paravada Police Station, Visakhapatnam District-2nd respondent herein is not registering a crime against the accused therein basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 19.11.2016. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to receive the complaint made by the petitioner dated 19.11.2016 and register a case against the 3rd respondent herein if the said complaint discloses any cognizable offence and investigate into the same and file a final report if any. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent, he is at liberty to approach the superior officer of 2nd respondent and also to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 14.12.2016.
