THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.96 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.271 of 2014 on the file of Jadcherla Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet in the said case and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
