O R D E R

Alleging that 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Balapur Police Station, Cyberbad, is interfering with the civil dispute at the instance of unofficial respondent No.4 during the subsistence of injunction order granted by the court of I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rangareddy District in O.S.No.436 of 2018, in respect of subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Balapur Police Station, dated 31.08.2018 stating that as on today, no crime has been registered against the petitioner and that the police never interfered with the civil dispute as alleged by the petitioner. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

It is needless to observe that police shall not interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondent No.4 and also with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law.
