This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District to dispose of C.C.No.312 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible as the age of the petitioner is 65 years and the calendar case is of the year 2016. Taking into consideration of the age of the petitioner and the age of the calendar case, the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurnagar is directed to dispose of C.C.No.312 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible in any event not later than six month from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

With the above direction the criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
