The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, with a liberty to avail the remedy available under law, questioning the entries made in the pattadar pass books.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty, as prayed for. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
