I.A.No.1 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to grant relaxation to Condition No.iii imposed in the order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.14088 of 2025, dated 13.11.2025, pertaining to appearance of the petitioner before the Investigating Officer.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In the said circumstances, the condition No.iii imposed against the petitioner i.e. The petitioner-accused No.5 shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m, and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required., is hereby relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Investigating Authority as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
