Ms. Nagavani Prasoona, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. Learned counsel also addressed letter dated 07.8.2019 to the Registry stating that the petitioners seek to withdraw the Writ Petition as they want to avail alternative remedy available to them in accordance with law.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
