This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw O.P.No.120 of 2016 on the file of XIV Additional Family Court at Vijayawada, Krishna District and transfer the same to the Senior Civil Judge's Court at Kothagudem, Khammam District. During hearing, learned counsel for the respondent reported no objection to withdraw O.P.No.120 of 2016 on the file of XIV Additional Family Court at Vijayawada, Krishna District and transfer the same to the Senior Civil Judge's Court at Kothagudem, Khammam District and endorsed the same on the case bundle.

Though, learned counsel requested to transfer O.P.No.120 of 2016 to the Senior Civil Judge's Court at Kothagudem, Khammam District, the same cannot be acceded, as there is no Family Court at Kothagudem. In view of the no objection reported and endorsement of the learned counsel, I deem it appropriate to withdraw O.P.No.120 of 2016 on the file of XIV Additional Family Court at Vijayawada, Krishna District and transfer the same to the Family Court at Khammam, as there is no Family Court at Kothagudem.
