Sri M. Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitionersaccused Nos. 1 to 4, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition having elaborately argued the matter including the probability of filing written statement.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to petitioner Nos.2 to 4- accused No.2 to 4 to approach the Court below to dispense with their personal appearance. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
