THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.16207 of 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly, respondent No.2 in disconnecting the service connection No.LTM161420023 in Municipal House bearing No.9-4-62/90, Nizam Colony, Towli Chowki, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energy (TG) and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the interim direction of this Court, the respondents restored the electricity supply to the house of the petitioner. He further submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
