This Criminal Petition is filed under llection 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1,973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.7B0 of 2022 on the file of Basheerabad Pet Police Station, Basheerabad. The offences alleged against them are under Sections 406,420 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short'I.P.C.').

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 State.
Perused the record.

A perusal of the record would reveal that that huge amount were taken by accused No.l and the petitioners herein are also complicit in entering into conspiracy of collecting amounts and cheating investors. As seen from complaint, certain profits were made after taking investments. The transactions appear to be in the normal course of business.

For the said reason, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer Crime No.7B0 of 2022 on the file of Basheerabad Pet Police Station, Basheerabad, to conclude the investigation without arresting the petitioners-accused Nos.2 and 4. Further, the petitioners shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation. 5.
