This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to call for the records in Crime No.15 of 2015 of Manthani Police Station, Karimnagar District and quash the same.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, produced written instructions wherein it is stated that police after completion of investigation, filed final report and refer the present complaint as 'lack of evidence'.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
