This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.P.No.1215 of 2015 from the file of the XXV Additional Chief Judge-cum-Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, City Civil Court at Hyderabad and transfer the same to the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-Principal District Judge at Nalgonda.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the transfer petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
