THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23750 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the 2nd respondent is assisting the 3rd respondent to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property.

2. Since the petitioner has an effective alternative remedy before the competent Civil Court, I am not inclined to grant any relief in this Writ Petition.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate relief against the 3rd respondent before the competent Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
