Learned counsel would submit that the petitioner still has time to prefer an appeal in terms of Section 31 of the A.P. Value Added Tax Act, 2005. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
